Itinerary — a clear plan, kept flexible.

Current draft route: Toronto City Hall → Sculpture: Tembo, Mother of Elephants → Consulate General of Portugal area → Kensington Market. Open the Google Maps walking route. From Kensington, the current idea is bus pickup, a welcome dinner, and transfer to the hotel.

• 3. Consulate General of Portugal area — included as part of the downtown route.
• 4. Kensington Market — casual destination and bus pickup point.
• 5. Members-only welcome dinner & DJ Joe Midnight — reception items, dinner and music are planned for Congress members. Monday is not open to the general public, allowing for a more familiar, family-style atmosphere.
• 6. Hotel transfer — bus continues to the hotel after dinner.
• 7. Luggage coordination — organizers will try to arrange a secure location, such as the bus or an office, to hold luggage during dinner and may coordinate delivery to the hotel.

Tuesday is currently planned as the main movement day toward Niagara Falls. The group can stop at LiUNA Station / old rail station, cross to Immigration Square, then walk via James Street N to the set pickup point at Tim Hortons, 35 King St E. After pickup, the group proceeds to Days Inn & Suites Niagara Falls Centre Street for check-in and orientation.

• 1. Set departure time — group departs the station area at the confirmed time.
• 2. Hamilton walk — 17 min / 1.2 km route from the former rail station area to Tim Hortons, via Immigration Square and James Street N.
  3. Set pickup point — Tim Hortons, 35 King St E, Hamilton, ON L8N 1A1.
• 4. Proceed to Niagara Falls — after pickup, the group continues to the Niagara Falls overnight area for check-in and orientation.

• Start near LiUNA Station / Hamilton Canadian National Railway Station at the set departure time.
• Cross to Immigration Square, 360 James St N.
• Continue via James Street N toward King Street E.
• Set pickup point: Tim Hortons, 35 King St E, Hamilton, ON L8N 1A1; then proceed to the Niagara Falls hotel.

Thursday is currently planned as the transition back from Niagara Falls toward the Toronto West / Mississauga side. The working route can pass through the St. Catharines / Niagara-on-the-Lake wine-country area, with a coordinated winery stop before continuing to Mississauga or the Toronto West hotel area. Since we expect to arrive early, we may offer two leisure drop-offs for anyone who wants extra free time: Port Credit downtown or Square One Shopping Centre. Thursday evening is planned for an Executives dinner for selected attendees only; location to be confirmed. View the executives meeting agenda.

• 1. Niagara Falls hotel departure — checkout, luggage loading, and coordinated departure time to be confirmed.
• 2. St. Catharines / Niagara-on-the-Lake corridor — pass through the wine-country area on the way back.
• 3. Winery stop — one coordinated stop to be selected based on bus access, timing, group size, and availability.
• 4. Mississauga / Toronto West arrival — because we expect to arrive early, the bus may offer two leisure drop-offs: Port Credit downtown or Square One Shopping Centre, before hotel/check-in time.

Friday is the main congress day for all attendees. The morning congress and General Assembly meeting will be held at Renaissance by the Creek. The General Assembly agenda covers the Friday morning meeting before the afternoon break and evening Main Gala Dinner.
